What is NFP?
Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a holistic way for a husband and wife to monitor and observe a women's fertility are recorded and used to either achieve or avoid pregnancy. NFP involves practicing periodic abstinence for the husband and wife, and does not utilize any form of barrier or withdrawal of the marital act.
