Divine mercy cenacle

the message of divine mercy is simple: it is that god loves all of us. he wants us to recognize that his mercy is so much greater than our sins and, because of his great mercy, we will call upon him with love and trust. through our love and trust of him, it will flow to others so that they may know him as well. in 1935, st. faustina began to pray for god’s mercy but her prayers seemed powerless. she suddenly saw the holy trinity and felt jesus’ mercy within her being. she found herself interceding on behalf of these people to god the father using the words that we now pray in the chaplet: “Eternal father, i offer You the body and blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved son, our lord jesus christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world; for the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us.” st. faustina wrote over 600 pages in her diary, focusing on the lord’s mercy through her prayers. join us for a powerful prayer of the chaplet and study of st. faustina’s diary on saturday mornings following daily mass in classroom #5. you will need the diary of st. faustina, the cenacle formation manual, the catechism, and the bible. contact laura alcantar below for more information!
